Journaling

Journaling is a powerful way to process thoughts, release emotions, and gain clarity.
There are many different styles—explore what works best for you.

Joyful Journaling

Use the following prompts:

  • What brings me joy?

  • What small joys do I already have access to?

  • When do I feel most alive?

  • What brought me joy this week/today?

"I AM" Journaling

Write 10 positive “I am” statements (e.g.,

“I am capable,” “I am lovable”) and repeat them daily or as

needed.

Inner Child Letters

Write to your younger self with kindness

and encouragement. This is powerful for healing and reflection.

Do this whenever growth strikes—or at least once a year.

Reframing Negative Thoughts Journaling

When a negative thought pops

up, write it down. Then, rewrite it into a neutral or positive

truth. The more often you do this, the more natural it

becomes.

Achievement Timeline Journaling

Create a visual or written timeline of

proud moments in your life. Add to it when you experience new

accomplishments—it’s a living celebration of your worth!

Self-Reflection Journaling

Here are some prompts you can use.

  • What is one challenge you’ve overcome recently, and what did you learn about yourself?

  • How do you typically handle stress, and how could you improve your approach?

  • Write about a moment when you felt truly proud of yourself—why was it significant?

  • What are three qualities you admire in yourself, and how do they shape your actions?

  • If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?

  • What does happiness mean to you, and how can you create more of it in your life?

  • Think about a recent decision—what guided your choice, and would you do anything differently?

  • What habits bring you closer to your goals, and which ones hold you back?

  • Write about someone who inspires you—how can you apply their qualities in your life?

  • What are three things you’re grateful for today, and why?

Doodling Journaling

Yes, doodling is a form of journaling. When you doodle it is your minds way of releasing whatever emotion you are experiencing. Sometimes you doodle things that make you happy, dreams, how things/people make you feel, etc. So doodle away and have fun with it.

Gratitude Journaling

Write down around 3–5 things you’re grateful for each day.
Morning helps you start your day positively, while nighttime helps you end your day on a calm note.

Vision Boards

The following is a brief description of what vision boards are and how to create them. If you would prefer video version hit the explore vision board button.

What is a Vision Board?

A vision board, also known as a treasure map, is a powerful visual tool designed to help you focus on and manifest your goals, dreams, and beliefs. By displaying images that represent what you desire, you activate the subconscious mind, reinforcing  your vision daily.

How to Make a Vision Board

Step 1: Define Your Vision

Decide what you want to achieve—this could be a personal goal, a dream lifestyle, or a mindset shift. You can focus on a single theme or combine multiple aspirations.

Step 2: Choose Your Board Style

Select a format that fits your space and lifestyle:

  • Wall or Door: Perfect if you have space to display it.

  • Cardboard or Poster Board: Customizable and budget-friendly.

  • Corkboard: Great for changing goals over time.

  • Digital: Ideal for frequent travelers—use a digital photo frame, screensaver, or video slideshow.

Step 3: Gather Your Materials

Find or create images that represent your vision. You can:
✔ Cut pictures from magazines, newspapers, or print online images.
✔ Draw or paint your own visuals.
✔ Use Photoshop to create a personalized reality.
✔ Include positive affirmations and motivational words.

Step 4: Assemble with Purpose

Arrange your images in a way that is clear and uncluttered. Use colors and layouts that inspire you.

Step 5: Activate Your Vision Board

Place it somewhere you’ll see it daily, but be intentional—don’t let it fade into the background. Spend a few moments each day visualizing yourself achieving your goals. The more emotion and belief you invest, the faster your subconscious aligns with your vision.”
