These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute an agreement between Kim’s Aligned Mindset Journey ("School," "we," "our," or "us") and you ("you" or "your"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the "Mindset Harmony Hub Community" ("Service"), including all courses, materials, and content available through the Service ("Content"). You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The Service is not available to individuals barred from receiving services under applicable laws.

To access the Service, you must create an account through our hosting platform, Kajabi, LLC ("Kajabi"). Your relationship with Kajabi is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy, available at Kajabi Terms.
